For aircond contractors in Malaysia
Every job. Every squad. Every ringgit.
Type the job once — it's on your technician's phone, photo-gated on site, and in your billing queue when the work's done.
Split units, cassettes, VRF, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers.
The screen nobody else gives you
One P&L per squad, from one formula. The dashboard and the profit pool read the same number.

The loop
Six steps, one loop
Five modules. Six steps.
A real loop for information. A sequence of manual handoffs for money: every ringgit is keyed by your office.
Job execution and squad economics
Five modules, one loop
Dispatch Center
One list, every job assigned
The office assigns each job to a technician and a squad. It lands on that technician's phone.
Technician Portal
The job, on the phone
Before/after photos, customer signature, numbered service report with your letterhead — every visit.

Job Tracking
Where the money is stuck
Jobs done but not yet billed, and jobs billed but not yet paid, sit in two named lists your office works from.
P&L
Each squad's month, in full
See which squad made money last month — and the number each must bill to break even this month.

Profit Pool
The pool, split and locked
When you share the pool, each squad's pool and each person's share are computed and locked at finalise. Nothing provisional circulates.

The economic layer
From squad P&L to each person's share
Sharing is your choice. The P&L works the same whether you split the pool or retain it.
Money lives on claims, never on a parent record. A period can't finalise until every pooled squad has a 100% split. Visits with sessions and jobs with visits can't be deleted.
The finalised figure is locked. If later entries move that month, the system shows you by how much.

Built by a contractor
Where Chance OS comes from
Chance OS was built inside CASS, an air-conditioning contractor in Malaysia, by the person running it. CASS runs on it every working day.
What we service
Every machine on your list.
Split units — wall, ceiling, floor-standing.
Cassettes — four-way and one-way, ceiling-recessed.
VRF — multi-zone systems, indoor and outdoor units.
Chillers — air-cooled and water-cooled.
AHUs — plant-room air handlers and FCUs.
Cooling towers — service, cleaning, water treatment coordination.
Your data
Who can see your data
Each company's data is separated in the database, not in the interface. Row-level rules decide what every query can see. Files are stored under a per-company path.
- Roles and squad scopes are set per company. A squad leader sees their squad. "All" means all of yours.
- We walk the fence before every company joins: every rule, every function that can bypass a rule, checked from a new company's account, not ours.
What's real today
What it does, and what it doesn't
- Available nowYour working hours, your OT policy — automatic OT-start from check-in.
- Available nowMonthly or quarterly payout periods — your choice per company.
- Available nowCustomer signature and signed report are captured per visit.
- Available nowSaves on the job, visit, revenue, cost and attendance paths are verified — a failed write tells you.
- RoadmapPaying each person's share out to an e-wallet.
Does not do
- Chance OS does not issue invoices or quotations. Your accounting system does that.
- Chance OS does not plan routes or pick the technician. Your office decides who goes where.
- There is no profit figure per job. The P&L counts costs and profit per squad — built by month, rolled up by quarter and year.
- Chance OS does not pay anyone. Each share is paid through your own payroll or bank.
